Benefits of Each Ingredient:

  • Raw Almonds: Rich in Vitamin E, antioxidants, and natural oils, almonds help exfoliate dead skin cells, brighten the complexion, and improve skin elasticity, reducing fine lines and wrinkles.
  • Milk: Contains lactic acid, which gently exfoliates the skin and promotes cell turnover. Milk also hydrates and nourishes the skin, leaving it soft and smooth.
  • Aloe Vera Gel: Soothes and hydrates the skin, reducing inflammation and redness. It also promotes collagen production, helping to maintain skin firmness and elasticity.
  • Vitamin E Oil: A potent antioxidant that helps to protect the skin from environmental damage, improve skin texture, and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

How to Use:

  • Use this scrub once or twice a week for best results. Follow up with your favorite moisturizer to lock in the benefits.

Storage:

  • This DIY scrub can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Make sure to use a clean spoon each time to avoid contamination.
