What You'll Need

Step-by-Step

  1. Set up a double boiler. Add 1/4 cup Cocoa Butter and 1/4 cup Shea Butter to the heatproof bowl. Melt slowly until fully liquid.
  2. Remove from heat. Let cool for 1-2 minutes (so heat-sensitive vitamin E and rosehip don't degrade).
  3. Stir in 2 tbsp Rosehip Oil (clinically proven for scar reduction) and 1 tbsp Vitamin-E Oil.
  4. Chill the bowl in the freezer for 20 minutes. The mixture should be semi-solid (firm at edges, soft in center) — this is the ideal whipping stage.
  5. Whip with a hand mixer on high speed for 5-7 minutes until light, fluffy, and pale beige.
  6. Spoon into a clean 200g glass jar with a spatula.
  7. Let set at room temperature for 30 minutes before sealing.
  8. To use: Massage a generous amount into stretch-mark prone areas (belly, hips, thighs, breasts, lower back) twice daily. Always massage in circular motions for at least 2-3 minutes — the massage stimulates collagen as much as the active ingredients.
  9. Frequency: Twice daily for prevention or treatment. Visible reduction in 8-12 weeks of consistent use.
  10. Storage: Cool dry place. Shelf life: 6 months.

Pro Tips

Consistency is key — use at least 8 weeks for visible fade. Best massaged in circles for 3 minutes.
