Cooling Under-Eye Gel-Cream

A lightweight cooling gel-cream for tired, puffy under-eyes in summer heat. Sweet almond oil nourishes, aloe calms, and cucumber water de-puffs — blending into a fast-absorbing gel-cream you mix fresh in minutes.

What You'll Need

Step-by-Step

  1. Scoop 2 tbsp fresh aloe vera gel into a clean bowl.
  2. Add 3 pumps (about ½ tsp) sweet almond oil.
  3. Mix gently until the oil fully blends into the gel.
  4. Add cucumber water 1 tsp at a time, stirring, until it loosens into a light gel-cream.
  5. Apply a small amount under the eyes with your ring finger — dab gently, never rub.
  6. For extra cooling, press a chilled spoon under each eye for a few seconds.

Pro Tips

Because this blend is water-based (aloe + cucumber water) and preservative-free, make it fresh or store in an airtight container in the fridge and use within 2–3 days — discard if the smell or texture changes. Patch-test on your inner wrist first. Keep it out of the eyes: apply along the orbital bone, not the lash line. Chilling the finished gel-cream boosts the de-puffing effect.
