What You'll Need

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium glass bowl, combine 1/2 cup Epsom Salt and 2 tbsp Dead Sea Mud. Mix gently — Dead Sea Mud is slightly damp, so it'll start coating the salt grains.
  2. Warm 1/4 cup Sweet Almond Oil and 1 tbsp Jojoba Oil together (just to room temp, not hot). Pour over the dry mixture.
  3. Add 10 drops eucalyptus essential oil and stir thoroughly until everything is uniformly coated. The mixture should be moist and clumpy, not runny.
  4. Transfer to a clean glass jar with a wide opening (about 400ml capacity).
  5. To use: In the shower on damp skin, scoop a tablespoon and scrub in firm upward circular motions, always moving toward the heart (this supports lymphatic flow and detoxification).
  6. Focus on areas that need detox: thighs, hips, lower back, feet. Avoid the face — too coarse.
  7. Let sit on skin for 2 minutes for the minerals to absorb.
  8. Rinse with warm water. Pat dry. Skin will feel polished, slightly tingly, and softly oily (residual oils moisturize).
  9. Frequency: 2 times a week. The Epsom + Dead Sea Mud combination is exceptional for muscle recovery and skin detox.
  10. Storage: Glass jar with airtight lid, cool dry place. Shelf life: 2-3 months.

Pro Tips

Never use on freshly shaved skin — will sting. Great lymphatic drainage scrub. Use 1x per week.
