What You'll Need

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine 1 cup FINE white sugar + 3 tbsp Greek yogurt (optional, recommended).
  2. Warm 1/2 cup Coconut Oil to liquid; pour in.
  3. Add 2 tbsp Jojoba Oil + 10 drops Lavender EO; stir to a moist scoopable scrub.
  4. Transfer to a ~400ml jar.
  5. Use: on damp skin in shower, scoop ~2 tbsp onto KP areas (back of upper arms, thighs, glutes).
  6. Massage gentle circles 1-2 min/area; do NOT press hard (over-scrubbing worsens redness).
  7. Let sit 2-3 min (lactic acid + fine sugar dissolve the keratin plugs).
  8. Rinse warm; pat (don't rub) dry.
  9. Immediately follow with rich moisturizer/body butter (exfoliate + moisture = the KP formula).
  10. Frequency: 2-3x/week; smoother in 3-4 weeks.
  11. Storage: Airtight jar, cool/dry, 4-6 weeks; yogurt version refrigerate, use within 1 week.

Pro Tips

Deliberately oil-rich - KP is a dryness condition. Don't add more sugar. Pair with a urea-based moisturizer for stubborn cases.
