What You'll Need

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large glass jar (about 500ml capacity), combine 2 cups Epsom Salt and 2 tbsp Rose Petal Powder. Mix gently.
  2. Add 1/4 cup Lavender Toner slowly, stirring as you pour — the toner will partially dissolve into the salt.
  3. Add 10 drops lavender essential oil and stir to distribute.
  4. Stir in 1/4 cup dried rose petals for visual beauty and additional rose botanicals.
  5. Cap the jar with an airtight lid and let the blend cure for 24 hours — the salts absorb the lavender aroma deeply during this time.
  6. To use: Run a hot bath. Add 1/2 cup of the blend to running water — the salts dissolve and release the lavender aroma. Float a few extra rose petals on the surface for visual luxury.
  7. Soak for 20-30 minutes. The Epsom Salt's magnesium absorbs through the skin to relax muscles and calm the nervous system.
  8. Rinse off briefly with warm water after to remove any salt residue. Pat dry and apply body butter.
  9. Frequency: 1-2 times a week, especially on stressful days or before bed.
  10. Storage: Airtight glass jar, cool dry place. Shelf life: 6 months.
  11. Pantry note: Epsom Salt is currently a pantry-list item until added to your Tattvalogy product references.

Pro Tips

Add more Epsom for sore muscles after a workout. Don't use soap during soak — dilutes magnesium absorption.
